Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.

Shipping Time We ship internationally from our supplier warehouses to ensure the best prices for our customers. Standard delivery takes 6- 12 business days from the date your order is processed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Tracking Information All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery progress.

Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the UK.

Lost or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photos if applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
